To drive Himachal 365 business operations, company has started Partner Program to build network of approx 100 Business Associates & 2000+ Supervisors across the state.

Company shall on-board the partners at two levels:
Business Associate (First Level)
Supervisor (Second Level)
Each Business Associate is supposed to create / lead the team of 20+ supervisors & explore Huge scope of business opportunities by connecting business owners, service providers in the App. Supervisors will be acting first point of contact for service providers and Business owners. 2000+ supervisors shall be placed under the 100 Business associates.

Business Associate:
As Business associate is at First Level, so has bigger role & responsibility for Business Generation. He/she is the part of Business Development Leadership team and hence acts as key person to provide the market feedbacks time to time. These feedbacks shall be one of important aspects for framing the policies & strategies to move forward.
Supervisor:
As designation defines, supervisor is the key person to monitor & control the execution of processes at ground level. He has to transfer know-how about the Himachal365 among vendors & business owners and address all kind of issues/concerns of them regarding the App execution. In short supervisor is bridging the gap between Himachal365 & Vendors/Business Owners.
